Service Request Billing

We offer a transparent billing structure for service requests to ensure clear accountability for each task:

• Initial Hourly Rate: The first hour of maintenance is billed in full, with any additional time billed in 15-minute increments.
• Issue-Based Billing: Each maintenance issue is treated as a separate item on the invoice, with time and expenses tracked individually.

Rates:

• Weekdays: $50 per hour
• Weekends and Holidays: $60 per hour

This structure ensures itemized billing for each maintenance issue, providing transparency and clarity for time spent on each task.
